How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 8–15 business days, depending on your location, as items ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it every step of the way.

Every product page includes a detailed size guide. As a rule of thumb for beds: measure your dog from nose to tail while they're sleeping, then add a few inches. When in doubt, size up — dogs never complain about extra room.
