Shipping Policy Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Delivery time. Standard delivery takes 8–15 business days within the United States. Because we work directly with our fulfillment partners to keep prices low, some items ship from international warehouses, which is reflected in these delivery windows. Occasionally, carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods may extend delivery slightly. Shipping cost. Free standard shipping on all US orders. Multiple items. If you order more than one product, items may arrive in separate packages on different days. Don't worry — the rest is on its way, and each package has its own tracking. Tracking. Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@shopcalmcanine.com and we'll investigate immediately. Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
